How long is the standard rental period?

Every package includes a 7-day rental. You can extend by an additional week for $35. If you need a longer timeline, contact us for a custom quote.

How do delivery and pickup work?

We deliver clean, stacked totes to your front door on the day you choose. When your move is done, schedule a pickup through our site or by phone and we'll come grab them — typically within 24 hours.

What if a tote gets damaged during my move?

Normal wear and tear is expected and fully covered. If a tote is severely damaged or lost, a replacement fee of $15 per tote applies. We inspect everything on pickup so there are no surprises.

Do you deliver outside Austin city limits?

We cover the full Austin metro including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Kyle, and Buda. Deliveries beyond our standard zone may have a small mileage surcharge.

Can I change my delivery date after ordering?

Yes. Reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your delivery at no charge. Same-day changes are subject to availability.
